  • 1 lille rødløg
  • 1 rød peberfrugt
  • 1 lille bundt koriander
  • saft fra 2 limefrugter
  • salt og peber
  • 2 avocadoer

Sådan gør du
 

  • Skær kammuslingerne i tynde skiver. Skær tomaterne i halve, fjern kernerne og skær dem i tynde både. Hak løg og peberfrugt fint. Bland det hele med fint hakket koriander. Hæld limesaften over og drys med salt og peber. Vend det hele godt rundt og stil på køl i 3 timer. Server med avocadoskiver.
